you "PopUp" the questions we answer

1.WHAT IS A POP UP WEDDING?

Pop Up Wedding is a practical, elegant, low cost and “out of the box” Wedding, organized and supported by some of the best wedding professinals in Portugal.
The PUW original has around 120 minutes but can be extended to a full day program.

2.CAN WE REALLY MARRY IN ANY PLACE!?

Yes. PUW can be celebrated anywhere. That means that any restriction that applies in the formal wedding does not apply in a PopUp Wedding. Be it in a boat, or in the top of the roof, or in the middle of the street, or in front of the train station… everything is possible!
A PopUp Wedding is however, in some locations, dependant of the respective legal authorizations demanded by the competent authorities.

3.DOES PUW REPRESENTS THE LEGAL WEDDING?

The PUW is a symbolic wedding that can be considered a ceremony of real wedding but it is not a legal wedding and does not produce any legal results.
If the couple requires, The PopUp Weddings can give burocratic support and guidance for a legal wedding, and it can be done a religious or a legal ceremony, having the PopUp Wedding to follow the directives for those kind of ceremonies.

4.HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE?

We organize weddings with a maximum of 15 guests, so that the practical, dinamic and low cost component of PUW become possible.

However if the couple wishes to have more guests and a full day program, a proposal can be prepared "Tailor Made"
